Description of the Assignment: Expert on communication material creation dedicated to 10-year anniversary of the Youth Worker Programme

!PLEASE NOTE: the currency of the proposal is UAH. Furthermore, UNDP will enter into a contract with the selected national consultant in UAH.
Main objectives of the assignment: to produce a comprehensive, engaging document (Almanac) that provide an overview of the development and achievements of the Youth Worker Programme in the period of 2014 to 2024, based on conducted interviews, desk research and analysis of available materials.
It is expected that in terms of implementation of this assignment, the Consultant/Expert (Individual Contractor) will carry out the following activities:
- Conducting an initial desk research on the YWP development in the period of 2014-2024 and prepare the detailed outline of the expected Almanac;
- Conducting at least 5 (five) interviews with key people involved in the YWP development (e.g., programme initiators, youth participants and alumni, trainers) to identify success stories, key achievements and impact of the programme from the position of personal and professional development of the people involved in it;
- Preparation of the first draft of the Almanac organised in line with the approved outline, section division with the content collected during the desk research and interviews;
- Submission of the long and short final versions of the Almanac dedicated to the 10-year anniversary of the YWP approved by all relevant stakeholders.
All final products should be produced according to the plan outlined under each deliverable as specified in the Terms of reference.

You can indicate whether you are interested/intend to submit a bid/proposal by creating a draft response for Quantum negotiation without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements.
