| Introduction : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 01 national firm to foster the SIB provincial ecosystem in Tra Vinh Province by creating the local champion network. The national firm/institution is expected to: - Enhance SIBs’ access to supporting service by creating and capacity building for the local champions network - Contribute to the development of the Vietnamese SIB Ecosystem by improving the SIB ecosystem in Tra Vinh Province This specific tender is managed via the new supplier portal system of UNDP.
