| Introduction : [SCOPE OF TENDER]
The objective is to support the unit to:
- Optimize the efficiency of the PPCU by developing and documenting Standard Operating Protocols (SOPs)and procedures for their policy and programmed coordination mandate.
- Designing the policy tracker dashboard
Scope of work:
The scope of work and expected outputs/deliverables will be the following phases:
Phase 1: Policy process optimization and SOP development - Mapping, analyzing and defining process flows.
- Analyzing current efficiency in PPCU’s core mandate.
- Defining process flows and operating procedures that optimize efficiency for policy work.
- Identifying areas that can be digitized to optimize efficiency in monitoring of policy development stages and tracking.
- Design a basic policy monitoring dashboard working with PPCU to inform specifications and key users.
- Develop SOPs for tracking dashboard for key users and partner units to refer to.
Phase 2: Development of policy tracker - Based on the policy process mapping and design, develop a policy tacking dashboard with technical specifications.
- Develop tracker prototype for testing by key users.
- Refine policy tracker and deploy.
Expected Outputs and Deliverables - Produce a well written and comprehensive SOP for PPCU.
- Design and develop of the policy dashboard.
- Train PPCU on use of dashboard and SoP
The project seeks to identify firms that fulfil the above criteria and have demonstrated ability of involving key stakeholders to provide relevant expertise and bring a wider perspective for the work of the PPCU unit.
