Introduction : Country: Bangladesh Description of the Assignment: The Aspire to Innovate (a2i) project builds on the Government of Bangladesh’s efforts to introduce a citizen-centric culture of innovation in civil service to improve service delivery and make services more inclusive, affordable, reliable, and easier to access. This project provides support to establish institutional mechanisms and improve accountability to accelerate SDG achievements in Bangladesh. The e-Quality framework promotes inclusive and equitable digital infrastructure and services, ensuring all individuals, regardless of socio-economic status, benefit from digital advancements. It advocates for fair distribution of digital benefits, protection of privacy and data security, and empowerment of marginalized communities through digital literacy. By focusing on equity and justice, the framework aims to bridge the digital divide and foster sustainable social and economic development, the data analyst will position a2i as a trusted partner in driving socio-economic development through innovation. Period of assignment/services: 30 (Thirty) working days over 02 (two) months. Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
