Introduction :

Country: Bangladesh

Description of the Assignment:  The Aspire to Innovate (a2i) project builds on the Government of Bangladesh’s efforts to introduce a citizen-centric culture of innovation in civil service to improve service delivery and make services more inclusive, affordable, reliable, and easier to access. The e-Quality framework promotes inclusive and equitable digital infrastructure and services, ensuring all individuals, regardless of socio-economic status, benefit from digital advancements. By focusing on equity and justice, the framework aims to bridge the digital divide and foster sustainable social and economic development, and the data analyst will position a2i as a trusted partner in driving socio-economic development through innovation.

The research endeavors to fill gaps in existing knowledge and contribute to evidence-based decision-making.
