| Introduction :
Invitation to Bid for Provision of Travel Management and Protocol Services for UN Agencies on Long Term Agreement Basis.
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject. The Procurement Unit in Nepal is issuing this tender document for the purpose of concluding Long Term Agreement (LTA) with the successful Proposer for a period of three (3) years. Initial LTA will be issued for one year with possibility to renew it thereafter for a maximum of two (2) additional years, subject to satisfactory contract performance.
Pre-Bid Conference to be held as mentioned below Time and time zone: 14:30 hours, Nepal Standard Time Date : 13 February 2023 Venue: UN Conference Hall, UNDP, UN House Harihar Bhawan, Lalitpur, Nepal.
