Introduction

Dear Bidder,

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Ukraine hereby invites you to submit a Bid to the Invitation to Bid (ITB) UNDP-UKR-00855,2: Conversion of vans into specialized mobile forensic labs for on-the-spot investigation of mass CRSV crimes and other war crimes in Ukraine based on Volkswagen Crafter 35 L3H2 6MT.


Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate using the messaging functionality in the system. Offers must be submitted directly in the system following this link: http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org  using the profile you may have in the portal. The Pre-Bidding Conference with interested bidders will be held on July 10, 2024 at 12:00 noon (Kyiv time) via Teams.
