CR e-Portal is a core and mandatory component of a modern DIGITAL STATE and is intended to automate the business processes of the CR system, ensure the integrity and security of registration data of citizens and their documents (acts, certificates), as well as timely provision of reporting in electronic form to all interested parties in different form. The purpose of implementing the CR Portal is to significantly improve the quality of CR services, as well as seamless integration with IT products of other public institutions (Agency of innovation and digital technologies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, MoHSP, MoFA, Tax Committee, Pension Fund, Agency on Statistics, etc.) to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the personal information of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan, and their documents (birth/ death, marriage/ certificates, etc.)

Remarks: Attendance at the pre-proposal conference is optional, but strongly encouraged. During the session, we will guide new suppliers through the Quantum registration process and provide detailed explanations of the RFP requirements.

Request for Clarifications/Questions shall be submitted 5 days prior to submission deadline directly through messaging option in Quantum or sent to e-mail: procurement.tj@undp.org.
Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide. n case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in the guides available in UNDP website: https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders.
