| Introduction : The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Viet Nam is looking for 01 National consultant to provide administrative and programming support of the Viet Nam Climate-Smart Coastal Communities (VNCSCC) project, as described in the attached TORs. The VNCSCC project will result in improved resilience to climate change of vulnerable coastal communities, particularly women, and enriched marine and coastal biodiversity in Viet Nam. It will be jointly implemented with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) and the three provinces of Binh Dinh, Soc Trang and Thua Thien Hue between 2024 and 2030. The Project Associate will be expected to provide programming and administrative support, partner outreach, progress oversight and other relevant forms of project assistance. The consultant may also be requested to provide similar support to other CCE Unit initiatives, as required. Estimated number of working days: 260 working days from July 2024 to August 2025.
