!PLEASE NOTE: the currency of the proposal is UAH. Furthermore, UNDP will enter into a contract with the selected national consultant in UAH.
Main objectives of the assignment: to provide expert support to the National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service (NACS) and Ministry of Economy of Ukraine (MoE) in strengthening the capacity of civil servants to implement obligations of the state actors to respect, protect and fulfil human rights and fundamental freedoms in line with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs) and other related standards on responsible business.
It is expected that in terms of implementation of this assignment, the Consultant/Expert (Individual Contractor) will carry out the following activities:
- conducting an analysis on learning needs of civil servants in business and human rights and related responsible business standards;
- development of the short-term pilot program on business and human rights and related responsible business standards for civil servants;
- conducting pilot training based on the short-term pilot program on business and human rights, responsible business standards for civil servants, tailored to the needs and profile of participants;
- based on the piloting results, development of a typical professional development program for civil servants on business and human rights and related responsible business standards;
- developing the educational and methodological manuals for trainers for a typical professional development program for civil servants as specified in the Deliverables description below;
- conducting training of trainers (ToT) on the typical professional development program.
All final products should be produced according to the plan outlined under each deliverable as specified in the Terms of reference.

HOW TO SUBMIT A BID/PROPOSAL:

You can indicate whether you are interested/intend to submit a bid/proposal by creating a draft response for Quantum negotiation without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements.
