Introduction :

The United Nations in Bonn (UN Bonn), represented by UNV, is soliciting proposals from duly qualified companies for the provision of  cafeteria services in the established Alte Abgeordnetenhochhaus (AAH)  café area on the UN Bonn campus.   


The UN Bonn’s intention is to provide a space for UN employees for coffee, food, and socializing. In addition, UN Bonn is aiming to offer employees easy access to hot and cold beverages, as well as e.g. wraps, soups and snacks within the UN Bonn campus aside from any canteen services.  

We intend to award the contract for a total period of three years. The initial duration of the awarded contract will be two years, with a possible extension for one additional year.  

Start date of the contract: 01 September 2024


Site visit  and pre-bidding meeting where interested suppliers can see the location and raise questions will be conducted with the below details: 17 July 2024, 2.00 PM Bonn Time


Venue: UN Campus, Platz der Vereinten Nationen 1, 53113, Bonn, Germany


The focal point for the arrangement is: UNV procurement team Please inform us about your participation in the conference COB July16, 2024, by sending a message directly in the system or to email procurement@unv.org.  Kindly provide information about your company name, number of participants in the pre-proposal conference, names and job titles. The pre-proposal conference is: ☒ not mandatory.  Minutes of the pre-proposal conference will be disseminated directly in the system. 

 

Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide. In case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in guides available in the UNDP website: https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders. Do not create a new profile if you already have one.
