Amendment

4. No, bidders are encouraged to participate in the pre-bid meeting as indicated in the ITB, hence, those bidders who didn’t attend pre-bid will not be qualified. UNDP emphasized that hat the pre-bidding meeting helps bidders understanding bid requirements to ensure that all prospective bidders have a thorough understanding of the solicitation’s requirements. During the pre-bidding meeting, vendors gained clarity on bid documents, scope of work, and specific requirement related to this case (Medical Laboratory construction project) which requires a good understanding of the score prior bidding.
