With reference to the Invitation to Bid (ITB) dated 07 February 2023, UNDP Yemen now wishes to issue an amendment to
a. Update the Bill of Quantity (BOQ) for Lot 1 (item 9.4.1 has error in formula). Bidders are advised to review and use the updated BOQ for lot 1 while preparing the bid (Document name: 27. Revised BoQs for Shed 1 (Lot 1) – UNPRICED 080323. The updated BOQ should be downloaded from the system, filled in properly and reattached in the system. Submission of old BOQs will result in disqualification.

With reference to the Invitation to Bid (ITB) dated 07 February 2023, UNDP Yemen now wishes to issue an amendment to reflect the following:
- To provide responses to the clarifications raised by the bidders during the site visit held on 19th and 20th February 2023.
- Bill of Quantity (BOQ) has been updated: Bidders are advised to review and use the updated BOQs for both lots while preparing the bid (Document name: a) Revised BoQs for Shed 1 (Lot 1) – UNPRICED and b) Revised BoQs for Shed 2 (Lot 2) - UNPRICED). The updated BOQ should be downloaded from the system, filled in properly and reattached in the system. Submissions of old BOQs will result in disqualification.
- Extend the bid submission deadline to 13 March 2023 instead of 06 March 2023 (Date and Time: As specified in the system -Time zone indicated in the system is New York Time Zone).

Note: Please note that the site visit is mandatory. Bidders not attending the site visit will NOT be considered for further evaluation and bids will be rejected.
