Introduction
The specific objective is to improve the capacities of the representatives of 14 partner LGs and two Cantons[1], regarding Risk Management within Financial Management Control (FMC) System.
Specifically, the Consultant is expected to perform the following tasks:
1. Design of the Training Programme on Risk Management within FMC System;
2. Training delivery;
