Introduction
We kindly requests you to submit your proposal for the assignment RFP/2024/030 - Video and sound system solution.
The United Nations in Mongolia plays a pivotal role in supporting the nation's development efforts across various sectors. Its agencies collaborate closely with the Mongolian government and stakeholders to address key challenges such as poverty reduction, sustainable development, gender equality, and environmental conservation.
Throughout the year, UN agencies host a variety of international and national events, forums, conferences, seminars, workshops, trainings for up to 90 people in the auditorium which is located on the 3rd floor of the UN premises with space of 237 square meters and height of 6 meters. Most of these activities involve in-person as well online attendees, so the hall needs to be furnished with modern audio and video conference utilities. Current UN House is equipped with 3.1*6.1m LED screen fixed on the stage, sound mixer and wireless microphones and speakers installed on the wall.
In response, the United Nations in Mongolia will engage a local company to supply and install a new system for conference utilities including high definition video cameras and surround sound system with microphones in accordance with the specifications outlined in the provided in the Technical Proposal.
The duration of initial contract will be 2 months.
