Description of the Assignment: To support the Public Procurement Office in conducting analysis of application of the criteria of the most economically advantageous tender, in particular cases where rate between price and quality is chosen to select the best tenders and award public procurement contracts. To enhance proper application of the quality oriented public procurement in Serbia by improving application of criteria for the selection of the best tender in which the price is not the only factor on which selection is based, but procuring entities, in addition to the price, use various non – price factors related to the object of procurement.

Period of assignment/services: September 2024 - November 2024

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.

Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
