Description of the Assignment:  

The key deliverable of the consultancy is to provide actionable recommendations for enhancing the regulatory framework and procedures pertaining to chemical safety. These recommendations will serve as the foundation for the development of a robust Chemical Safety Strategy aimed at protecting human health and the environment from the adverse effects of hazardous chemicals.

The Legal Expert will report directly to the Project Manager and will collaborate closely with representatives from the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare of Republika Srpska on a daily basis.

 

Period of assignment/services: August - October 2024 (30 working days)
