Introduction

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) invites qualified bidders to participate in the procurement process for furnishing the timbuktoo Africa Service Centre at the UNDP CO Office, Kigali, Rwanda. 

The procurement includes the following:

1. Office Furniture (workstations, office chairs and desks, armchairs, coffee tables, wall arts and panels, office shelves and cabinets, coat hungers)
2. Office Refurbishment (partitioning, wall refurbishment and painting, projected windows)
3. Office Decoration (Pots and plants, carpet, office decoration)
4. office supplies (Mini shredder machines, stapler machines, staples, paper punching machines, file holders, etc) 

Location: UNDP CO Office, Kigali, Rwanda

Timeline: Interested bidders are requested to submit their proposals no later than [Insert Deadline Date]. Late submissions will not be considered.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. The bidder must be registered and compliant with the relevant authorities in Rwanda.
2. The bidder should have experience in supplying office furniture, equipment, and supplies.
