Project Name: 1. Empowered Partnership for Sustainable Recovery (EPSR) and 2. Support to Rapid Economic Recovery of Ukrainian Municipalities (SRER)

 

Title of assignment: National Consultant Videographer

 

Duty Station: Ukraine (local travel envisaged)

 

Period of assignment/services: up to 16 weeks

 

Main objectives of the assignment: The overall objective of this assignment is to strengthen the communication efforts performed in the framework of the EPSR and SRER projects, focusing on creating engaging and high-quality video materials to raise awareness of the success stories enabled as a result of their implementation.

Scope of work:

Under the supervision of the Regional Development Programme Manager and guidance of the Regional Development Programme Communication Analyst the National Consultant will be responsible for accomplishing the following tasks: 

1.       Draw up scenarios for 3 videos on the stories of each target location within the EPSR project.

2.       Visit 3 locations and film quality footage and interviews with the local project teams.

3.       Based on the recorded footage edit 3 separate videos up to 02:20 minutes, prepared in Ukrainian with further translation of subtitles and graphics to English.

4.       Draw up scenarios for 5 videos on the stories of each target location within the SRER project.

5.       Visit 5 locations and film quality footage and interviews with the local businesses that benefit from the project results.

6.       Based on the recorded footage edit five separate videos up to 02:20 minutes, prepared in Ukrainian with further translation of subtitles and graphics to English.

7.       Edit a short 1-minute-long video with baked-in subtitles and graphics depicting the goals and achievements of the SRER project.

8.       If it is needed, all the above-mentioned videos can require the Consultant to develop, create, and insert the infographics presenting the main results/highlights of the given projects.

9.     Add appropriate background music and baked-in subtitles to all the above-mentioned videos. Subtitles and infographics should be in English and Ukrainian and provided as separate videos.

10.    Edit videos into complete high-quality products.

Each video should be compelling, human-centric, and ensure gender equality.

The National Consultant will be provided with lists of pre-selected participants of the shooting and contacts of responsible persons in the shooting location.

7. T The Terms of Reference (TOR) for this assignment can be directly accessed either through the Quantum Negotiation or within the Negotiation Documents on the UNDP Procurement Notices website.

 

HOW TO SUBMIT A BID/PROPOSAL:

Proposal should be submitted directly in Quantum portal no later than indicated deadline following the link: http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org using the profile you may have in the portal. Any request for clarification not related to registration issues must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in Quantum. UNDP will respond in writing.

Please indicate whether you intend to submit a proposal by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the announcement requirements.
