Introduction

Background

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Philippines maintains a fleet of five vehicles for the official use of its officers, staff, and missions. Ensuring the roadworthiness of these vehicles is a top priority to guarantee the safety and full mobilization of the fleet.

 Therefore, regular comprehensive maintenance is essential. This includes significant repair work such as engine overhauls, suspension repairs, transmission maintenance, and body refurbishment. In this light, UNDP is establishing a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) with two (2) automotive repair service providers based in Metro Manila to meet the requirement.

 Scope of Tender

 

The Long-Term Agreement (LTA) holders will provide quality maintenance services for the UNDP fleet in the table below:

 

These services shall include the following:

 1.       Preventive and Routine Maintenance

                       ·       Engine oil change and tune-up for gasoline and diesel engines
