Country: Bosnia And Herzegovina Description of the Assignment: The main objective of this consultancy will be to critically review the newly developed CAF model, support the process of selection of pilot LGs that will be subjected to testing the CAF process, conduct the “regular” CAF process evaluation in selected LGs and perform the trial of CAF for BIH LGs Supporting Tool, and prepare lessons learned and concrete recommendations for possible adjustments of the CAF for BIH LGs supporting tool. For this purpose, a two National Consultants for CAF for BIH LGs Piloting will be hired. Period of assignment/services: February-June 2023 (25 working days per consultant) Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
