Description of the Assignment: The purpose of the assignment are to conduct a feasibility study to assess the environment for establishing the CoE for data analysis, research, and capacity development for road safety in Nepal, to review the available resources, institutional capacities and identify stakeholders, to develop a framework of key activities of CoE in line with National Road Safety Action Plan (NRSAP) 2021-30 and to develop implementation and operational plan for the proposed CoE including anticipated risk (internal and external) and its mitigation strategies.

Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 30 days spread over September to November 2024
Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than 26 August 2024 within 5 PM NST.
