Synopsis

Mindful of the close connection between service provision/performance, population satisfaction, and public trust, the SDGs Council recognized the importance information to the governments in BiH to better understand population’s needs, experiences, and preferences, thereby enabling the provision of better-targeted services, especially for underserved populations. Measuring satisfaction with public services is at the heart of a citizen-centred approach to service delivery and an important outcome indicator of overall government performance.
