Introduction
SCOPE OF TENDER: The service provider will conduct a thorough analysis of initial operations and management plans developed by local implementing partners who received funds from the IPR project and will identify the gaps and opportunities of improvements within these plans. This includes analysing initial operations and management plans, conducting field visits to meet the management and technical staff of the implementing partners, and offering recommendations for interventions for each organization. The analysis would include the detailed combination of general maintenance, management, training, budgeting, and business processes that are used collectively for the proper functioning of the facility of the implementing partner (property and equipment upkeep), including the maintenance and care of assets that do not require in-depth technical knowledge of how that asset functions. Based on the results, capacity building training modules shall be developed for future investment and engagement with the implementing partners.
