Description of the Assignment: 

Under the overall guidance and direct supervision of the Project Manager, the Consultant will conduct verification field visits and assessment of the proposed project construction sites, review and assess technical design of documents for infrastructure interventions, prepare BoQs for rehabilitation /construction of facilities selected by the project and finally provide the supervision/quality control and second-level verification of the quality execution of the Contracts as specified in this ToR.

The main objective of the consultancy in terms of Via Dinarica Project is to assess the locations and interventions of projects proposed for funding, verify existing technical project documentation/technical documentation for construction/reconstruction, develop BoQ if needed, follow up/monitor the construction/reconstruction interventions in relation to scheduled payments and ensure handover of finalized works.

 

Period of assignment/services (if applicable): September 2024 - December 2025
