Description of the Assignment: The purpose is to contract an individual consultant who, while working closely with the UNDP Well-being Team, will develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including for crisis situations, and review existing HR policies, with a focus on people’s management, from a mental health perspective. The consultant will leverage their expertise to ensure that the organization’s approach to employee well-being is comprehensive, effective, and up to date with best practices in mental health and crisis management.
Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 7 months, from 15 October 2024 until 15 May 2025
