Introduction
UNDP is looking for a local firm which could provide a speech to text platform capable of generating Dhivehi speech based on thaana displayed on a website, and make it available to a user on the website. This platform should also feature administrative controls to allow variating access on different sites and pages, and a detailed technical and user documentation on how to connect the platform to a website and how a user can interact/troubleshoot the system.
Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
