Dear Sir / Madam, We kindly request you to submit your Proposal for the contracting of an international consulting firm to assess the existing ECOWREX geospatial platform and carry out the design and implementation of the enhanced ECOWREX 2.0 platform. Your proposal must be expressed in French or English and valid for a minimum period of 90 days. It should be included of a technical and financial bid (password protected), in seperate documents. Proposals may be submitted on or before Monday 15 March 2023 at 5PM Dakar Time. Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide. Offers must be submitted directly in the system following this link: http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org/ using the profile you may have in the portal. I n case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in the guides available in UNDP website: https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders. Do not create a new profile if you already have one. Use the forgotten password feature in case you do not remember the password or the username from previous registration.
