Introduction
Bidders are invited to submit a bid for the Provision of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Servicing Tools and Recycling/Reclaiming Equipment (AC-R Tools and RR Equipment). specified in Section 5: Schedule of Requirements, in accordance with this Invitation to Bid (ITB). A summary of the scope of the bid is included in Section 3: Data Sheet.
Bidders shall adhere to all the requirements of this ITB, including any amendment made in writing by UNDP. This ITB is conducted in accordance with Policies and Procedures of UNDP which can be accessed at https://popp.undp.org/SitePages/POPPRoot.aspx .
Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements.
