Introduction
Country: IndonesiaDescription of the Assignment: Consultant will be recruited to perform various approaches to obtain relevant data and information as well as understand the actual conditions of the PSCM (Procurement and Supply Chain Management) for malaria commodities which include:
- A thorough review of relevant documents, best practices, regulations and rules in Indonesia and other countries as well as other related literature/references;
- Conduct consultation or stakeholder meeting/ FGDs with several institutions representing stakeholders and individuals in the field who have key information regarding PSCM malaria logistics;
- If needed with justification and recommendation from NMCP and stakeholders, conduct a mission to certain regions visiting pharmaceutical warehouses and conduct consultation meeting with key institution/person such pharmacy managers and program managers at provincial and district levels to conduct evidence-based assessments regarding management and operations as well as challenges in the field;
Period of assignment/services: 120 working days within 8 months
Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
