Introduction
The interested supplier are requested to submit their proposal for Wall panels delivery and installation as technical specifications below
– New Warehouse - CECOME Internal Thermal Insulation Cladding: Installation of internal cladding of Polyurethane Sandwich Panels in the warehouse. This is to cover the interior walls for the following reasons:
1. Improvement of thermal insulation
2. To make the place more slightly aesthetically
3. For easy cleaning and ensure dust-free environment for pharmaceutical grade warehouse standard.
The following are the required specification for the materials to be used.
1. The Panel
1.1. The panels shall be made of high-quality polyurethane foam core material with metal facing on both sides.
1.2. The metal facings should be pre-coated with corrosion-resistant paint suitable for internal cladding in a pharmaceutical warehouse environment.
1.3. The panels shall have a thickness of 50mm.
1.4. The polyurethane sandwich panels must have a fire rating of Class A.
1.5. The panels must have a thermal resistance coefficient of R-12 value or better.
2. Dimensions
2.1. The height of the panels must 3600mm (3.6m long).
2.2. The total area to be covered is approximately 580m2
3. Easy to Clean
3.1. The panels should have a smooth, non-porous surface that is easy to clean and maintain to ensure a hygienic environment in the pharmaceutical warehouse.
4. Installation
4.1. The cladding panels should be supplied together with all fittings, fasteners and screws, start profiles and flashings, sealants and all components required to install the claddings to excellent standard.
4.2. Installation should be quick and efficient to minimize disruption to warehouse operations.
4.3. The ends (bottom, top and sides) must be well flashed with the adjoining members and to have neatly sealed joints.
