Introduction

This Invitation to Bid is for Plumbing and Electrical Repair and Maintenance Services at the United Nations House in Namibia which is is located in Kleine Windhoek, Windhoek consisting of a total of 14 separate UN Agencies. The building has three Floors and a basement floor for parking. The total coverage of area of the premised is 15,000 square feet. The UN House has 292 motion sensor-based LED panel lights.
