As part of the harmonization program within the United Nations, the United Nations System in Guyana has adopted measures to improve the coordination, efficiency, and optimization of its resources for Common Services. An invitation for bids is hereby expressed to firms (Locals only) for the provision of janitorial services to UN agencies.
Description of the assignment: UNDP-GUY-00047 – PROVISION OF JANITORIAL SERVICES TO UN AGENCIES
A pre-bid meeting (mandatory) and site visit will be conducted on 16 September 2024 at 13:00 hrs (1 pm) at 107 – 108 Duke Street Kingston. Please send your confirmation for the visit to email procurement.gy@undp.org indicating the name and contact information for the representative(s) for the visit by 16 September 2024 no later than 10:00 hrs (10 am)
