Introduction

SCOPE OF THE WORK
Under the direct supervision of the Project Manager, the consultant will be responsible for the entire video production process, which includes pre-production, production, and post-production phases.

In the pre-production phase, the consultant will develop a detailed work plan and timeline, coordinate with the project team to identify key beneficiaries and stakeholders to feature in the video and create a script and storyboard that outlines the video's narrative and key messages. During the production phase, the consultant will travel to designated regions to capture video footage of beneficiaries, training sessions, and community activities, conduct interviews with beneficiaries, project staff, and key stakeholders to gather their insights and experiences, and ensure high-quality audio and visual recordings during all shoots. The consultant will also take high-quality pictures as of the deliverables.
In the post-production phase, the consultant will edit the captured footage to create a cohesive and engaging video that effectively communicates the project's results and impacts, incorporate music, graphics, subtitles, and other elements to enhance the video’s quality and accessibility, produce a draft version of the video for review and feedback from the project team, and finalize the video based on the feedback received, delivering the final product in multiple formats suitable for various platforms such as social media, presentations, and websites.
