Introduction
(1) This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Supply of Equipment and Software to Support Various Mining Operations for the
Timbuktoo Minetech Hub
(2) This Procurement Request Comprises the following TWO (2) LOTS ;
(i) LOT 1: Supply of Drone Technology and Wearables to the Timbuktoo Minetech Hub
(ii) LOT 2: Supply of Data Visualisation Equipment and Software
(3) Submission of Offers:
Bidders are allowed to submit FINANCIAL OFFERS FOR ONE, OR BOTH LOTS.
However, Bidders should quote for all the items under the chosen LOT. Should bidder fail to quote for all the items under a specific LOT, the financial offer will be rendered 'Partial' and will be disqualified for financial evaluation.

(i) Full Financial Offer for LOT 1, ONLY - Allowed
(ii) Full Financial Offer for LOT 2, ONLY - Allowed
(iii) Full Financial Offer for both LOT 1 & LOT 2 - Allowed
(4) Evaluation of Offers:
(i) Evaluation of the Financial Offers will be done PER LOT.
(5) Evaluation Criteria
(i) The lowest priced technically compliant financial offer PER LOT.
(6) Contract Award
(i) Purchase Orders will be issued as PER ABOVE, to ONE or TWO Bidders.
(ii) The award will be split between the lowest priced technically compliant financial offers PER LOT.
