Introduction
PROJECT SUMMARYThe Contractor is responsible for procuring, supplying and delivering the listed machines for cloth production, and any other necessary items to complete the procurement as outlined in the Scope of Work (SOW) below. All equipment must meet the standards specification provided in the contract. Also, the Supplier Contractor must conduct all work professionally, adhering to the guidelines in the UNDP Procurement Procedures. Detailed specifications for equipment and delivery procedures can be found in the Plans and Specifications document. It is essential that all equipment receives prior approval from the UNDP technical teams before being supplied and delivered. The Contractor is tasked with both supplying and installing the necessary equipment to the different sites in Herat city. These enhancements are integral parts of the Scope of Work (SOW). However, based on the project’s evolving needs or enterprises’ requirements, UNDP reserves the right to adjust the number of equipment required. In such cases, the Contractor must accommodate UNDP's requests accordingly.
