Under the direct supervision of UNCDF’s Innovations Analyst, the PesaTech Technical Assistance consultant will be responsible for the following key duties and responsibilities:

• 1.      Comprehensive business needs assessment report highlighting key findings and recommendations.
• 2.      Tailored technical assistance plans for each fintech company to be supported.
• 3.      Provide tailored one on one advisory services support to select fintechs under UNCDF’s fintech accelerator (Pesatech)
• 4.      Documentation of implemented data management enhancements, legal and compliance improvements, and financial modeling frameworks.
• 5.      Facilitate connections with regional accelerators and investors.

UNCDF seeks to hire an entity to provide advisory services to PesaTech Community (at least 8 fintechs)  by providing targeted technical assistance in areas such as data management, legal and compliance frameworks, and financial modelling. UNCDF can empower these fintechs to capitalize on emerging opportunities for growth and investment within the African region.
