Introduction
Ref. RFP/089/IND-2024 (Quantum Negotiation ID: UNDP-IND-00414)
Title: Integration of Multi-Hazard Vulnerability and Risk assessment into the Command control system of the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), Maharashtra, INDIA.
Scope of Work:
The proposed system will build on the existing CCS of the BMC and modify/ upgrade it to integrate the findings of the MHRVA study into the same and ensure a holistic CCS for the city of Mumbai that will integrate GIS technology, IT and AI to respond to any emergency and at the same time predict the cascading effects that includes various risk short-term and long-term scenarios of the same and recommend measures to avoid losses to the decision makers.

The Pre-proposal conference is not mandatory; however, the bidders are advised to attend the pre-proposal conference.
