!PLEASE NOTE: the currency of the proposal is UAH. Furthermore, UNDP will enter into a contract with the selected national consultant in UAH.

Main objectives of the assignment: to conduct legislative analysis and develop recommendations for integrating IMAS 13.10 into the Ukrainian national legislation and policies in terms of social policy.

Scope of work:

It is expected that in terms of implementation of the assignment, the Contractor will conduct the following activities:

• Conduct a comprehensive review and analysis of the national legislation regulating EO victim assistance in terms of social policy including social services, benefits, disability, EO victims’ statuses registration and relevant privileges.
• Develop recommendations for the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine for legislative improvements to update the Ukrainian legislation in terms of social policy in accordance with IMAS 13.10.

HOW TO SUBMIT A BID/PROPOSAL:

Any request for clarification not related to registration issues must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in Quantum. UNDP will respond in writing. 

Please indicate whether you intend to submit a proposal by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the announcement requirements.
