Introduction :
UNDP Samoa frequently requires the promotional materials with different logo printed. In this regard, an estimated quantity for different kind of such items are mentioned in the RFQ document expecting to establish Long Term Agreement (LTA) for one year period. The quantities mentioned are only estimate and no guarantee that UNDP will purchase these within a year period. UNDP will issue a call-off order to the selected vendor for each lot as and when required basis.
