Introduction
We kindly request you to submit your proposal for the assignment IC/2024/041 - National consultant to conduct Gender Analysis of Women’s representation at decision-making level in the case of 2024 elections.
UNDP Mongolia seeks a national consultant to conduct a case study on gender relations and power dynamics within Mongolian political structures, focusing on the outcomes of the 2024 election. The study will also assess the effectiveness of ongoing and past initiatives aimed at addressing systemic barriers to gender equality. It will provide policy recommendations to further promote women's participation in leadership and decision-making roles.
The duration of initial contract will be 30 working days (over 2 months).

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
