Description of the Assignment: To provide effective communication support and visibility to the participation of the Government of Serbia at the high-level events, including Wine Vision by Open Balkan, as well as the World Governments Summit 2025 by developing and executing a strategic communication plan, facilitating event logistics, and overall enhancing the country’s global representation. The objective is to provide expert advisory services to the Office of the Prime Minister, focusing on designing and executing communication strategies and event logistics. This includes ensuring preparation, coordination, and smooth execution of activities for the World Governments Summit 2025.

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.

Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.

Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
