Introduction

UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 01 National Consultant to support the implementation of projects under the Circular Economy Portfolio

Interested individual consultants must directly submit proposals on or before the deadline to the online portal, following the instructions in the system. It is your responsibility to ensure that your proposal is submitted before the deadline. Proposals received after the submission deadline outside the online portal, for whatever reason, will not be considered for evaluation.

Female consultants are encouraged to bid for this required service. Preference will be given to equally technically qualified female consultants.

 

Submission obtaining the highest weighted points (technical points + financial points) will be selected subject to positive reference checks on the consultant’s past performance. Interviews with the candidates may be held if deemed necessary.

 

UNDP shall effect payments to the consultant by bank transfer upon acceptance by UNDP of the deliverables specified the TOR. If two currencies exist, UNDP exchange rate will be applied at the day UNDP instructs the bank to effect the payment.
