ОБЪЕМ РАБОТЫ:

Национальный эксперт-координатор будет выполнять следующий объем работы:

1) координация работы экспертной группы (включая отслеживание сроков исполнения и качества работы);

2) решение организационных вопросов (включая инициирование проведения встреч, рабочих совещаний, презентации и т. д.);

3) анализ данных с описанием результатов (Аналитический отчет):

• качественный и количественный анализ государственных и негосударственных баз данных;

• анализ общедоступных статистических данных;

• анализ данных социологических исследований;

4) подготовка консолидированной аналитической работы экспертной группы «Автоматизация процессов анализа выявления теневой занятости и использование цифровых инструментов по снижению и предотвращению неформальной занятости на рынке труда» (далее – консолидированная аналитическая работа), её доработка с учетом полученных комментариев, замечаний, дополнений;

5) презентация результатов работы в ЦРТР с участием Министерства.

Ожидается, что национальный эксперт-координатор:

- согласует с АО «Центр развития трудовых ресурсов» (далее – ЦРТР) и ПРООН программные продукты, используемые при проведении анализа;

- опишет процессы качественного и количественного анализа, источники получения информации, алгоритмы, используемые при анализе данных.

Description of the Assignment: National expert coordinator for data analysis to identify shadow employment in the labor market and the use of digital tools to reduce and prevent it

Scope of work:

The National Expert Coordinator will carry out the following scope of work:

1) coordination of the work of the expert group (including monitoring the deadlines and quality of work);

2) resolving organizational issues (including initiating meetings, working conferences, presentations, etc.);

3) data analysis with description of results (Analytical report):

• qualitative and quantitative analysis of state and non-state databases;

• analysis of publicly available statistical data;

• analysis of sociological research data;

4) preparation of the consolidated analytical work of the expert group “Automation of processes for analyzing the identification of shadow employment and the use of digital tools to reduce and prevent informal employment in the labor market” (hereinafter referred to as the consolidated analytical work), its revision taking into account the comments, remarks, and additions received;

5) presentation of the results of work in the CRTR with the participation of the Ministry.

The National Expert Coordinator is expected to:

- agrees with JSC “Center for Development of Labor Resources” (hereinafter referred to as CRLR) and UNDP on software products used in conducting the analysis;

- describe the processes of qualitative and quantitative analysis, sources of information, algorithms used in data analysis.
