Individual National Consultant to Support M&E capacity assessment of the Ministry of Justice, Judiciary, and Ministry of Interior and develop a prioritized action plan for M&E and data collection. Contribute to implementing the prioritized action plan for M&E and data collection.


The consultancy aims to:

  • Enhance the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) capabilities of the Ministry of Justice, Judiciary, and Ministry of Interior for effective program oversight.
  • Develop a prioritized action plan outlining key improvements in M&E practices and data collection, aligned with national goals and international standards. 
  • Assist these organizations in executing the action plan to promote learning, accountability, and governance through improved M&E. 
  • Cultivate a culture of evidence-based decision-making by refining data collection methodologies and reporting systems within these institutions.
  • Ensure that strengthened M&E capacities support broader initiatives in The Gambia aimed at enhancing governance, rule of law, and public sector performance.

Description of the Assignment:  Support M&E capacity assessment of the Ministry of Justice, Judiciary, and Ministry of Interior and develop a prioritized action plan for M&E and data collection. Contribute to implementing the prioritized action plan for M&E and data collection.

 

Period of assignment/services : 122 working days over six months

 

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
