Dear Bidder, The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Azerbaijan hereby invites you to submit a Bid to the Invitation to Bid (ITB) UNDP-AZE-00586: Procurement of Agriculture machinery and equipment
Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate using the messaging functionality in the system. The Pre-bid conference for interested bidders will be held on October 4, 2024 at 11:00 (Baku Local time) via Zoom.
Prospective Bidders shall express their interest to be invited to the scheduled pre-bid meeting by sending a message in the Quantum system using the messaging feature or by sending an email to procurement.aze@undp.org, latest by 3 October 2024, 17:00 pm (Baku time). Thereafter, UNDP will reply by sending a Zoom Invitation Link.
