Introduction

UNDP is looking for a national firm to deliver the Project activities on “Support LGBTI Community Initiatives in underserved areas through a Small Grant Mechanism”, to realize the following objective:

● To strengthen the operational capacity of provincial-level, grassroots LGBTI community organizations.

● To financially support at least 3 initiatives that address the key challenges faced by the LGBTI community in Viet Nam, particularly in underserved areas.

● To enable grassroots organizations to design and implement projects that promote the inclusion of LGBTI persons.

● To monitor and evaluate the impact of small grant funding on the capacity and reach of LGBTI organizations in addressing LGBTIQ+ issues such as discrimination, access to services, and social inclusion.
