Introduction
UNDP’s Bureau of Management Services, in the Office of Human Resources (BMS/OHR) requires the services of an experienced service provider (‘vendor’) to design and rollout a series of virtual ‘listening sessions’ with personnel distributed across the globe.
The vendor will be responsible for designing an approach to the listening sessions that will (1) ensure adequate representation of employees with various identity dimensions, (2) establish psychological safety and a ‘speak up’ environment in the listening sessions, (3) encourage candid participation and (4) capture the authentic views of personnel.
The vendor will be expected to produce a detailed report of the findings and will be required to present it to UNDP’s senior leadership team.
