Request for Proposal: Contracting a Firm to Design and Develop an AI Avatar for Communications and Advocacy for Green Transformation 

United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) invites prospective bidders to submit a proposal to RFP Design and Develop an AI Avatar for Communications and Advocacy for Green Transformation in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract and the Terms of Reference. The purpose of this assignment is to design an animated and interactive Character to advocate primarily for UNDP’s work on green transformation.
