Introduction

In 2024, the Knowledge Project aims to advance its mission across multiple fronts, including the publication of the eighth edition of the Global Knowledge Index (GKI), scheduled for launch on 18 November 2024, at the Knowledge Summit in Dubai, and the launch of the Future Skills Academy. The Project is seeking the services of a creative multimedia institution to expand its visibility and support the launch of GKI 2024 as well as the Future Skills Academy by developing both innovative graphic design products and high-quality animated videos.

The objectives of both services include:

1)       Graphic Design:

·         To produce an innovative design and layout for the GKI 2024 report (In English and Arabic), covering the cover, data tables, methodology, executive summary, and a list of variables and definitions; integration of the first page of the country profiles into the report, with layout for the subsequent second and third pages including expandable data tables, as provided as a PNG format by the project team.

·         Design a standard business card for the Knowledge Project, featuring four QR codes and dual-language design, with English on one side and Arabic on the other.

·         To produce Social Media Cards (Twelve [12] in English and Twelve [12] in Arabic).

 

2)      Video Animation Services

The objective is to produce a series of high-quality videos, including

·         a three-minute video highlighting the GKI's key findings, top-performing countries, and the UNDP-MBRF partnership, incorporating interactive infographics, animations, and expert insights.

·         Another two-minute video will introduce the Future Skills Academy, emphasizing its innovative approach to skill development and featuring a compelling call to action for young professionals.

·         A third three-minute video will provide an overview of the Knowledge Project, focusing on knowledge-sharing and innovation in the Arab States.

·         A three-minute recap video will highlight the FutureSkills4All initiative's achievements, supported by testimonials from diverse beneficiaries.

·         Twenty-four one-minute videos are also required, adhering to the project's branding and accessibility standards across multiple platforms (in Both English and Arabic).
